Terms of Use

Last updated: 1. Oktober 2026

These terms govern your use of the Bouclé iOS app by Vincent Tietze (provider, see legal notice). Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. Service

Bouclé is a digital wardrobe: you photograph clothes, the app cuts them out and shows them on a 3D clothes rail, on shelves and in a fitting view. With a subscription you can have AI-generated 3D models and photorealistic try-on images created from your photos.

2. Subscription

3. Credits

4. AI results

3D models and try-on images are generated by AI models. They are approximations and may show colours, shapes, sizes and details differently. They are not a binding statement about fit or appearance.

5. Your content

6. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee constant availability of the AI services. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer rights, remain unaffected.

7. Changes and final provisions

We may update these terms for the future when the app or the law changes. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
